Reimagining a Classic

Over the past few decades, The Classic’s moved an uncountable number of pancakes, eggs, melts, and more. Known for great prices, healthy portions, and friendly service, our humble diner became a local favorite. In April of 2022, we turned the stoves on under new ownership, and with a renewed commitment to community lead by Hudson Street Deli’s Bryan Rinebolt.
